The living room, dining room and kitchen area is perfect for a small party. With direct access from street level, the Downstairs is ideal for senior citizens and or winter Texans. The downstairs shares the pool, the patio/ grilling area, and the childrens play area with the Upstairs when the Upstairs is rented seperatly.
