The condo is a good value and the building is in good condition -- the outside pool and picnic area appear to have been redone recently and are meticulously maintained.
The unit itself was as advertised, but pretty basic as condos go (good fridge, no icemaker, no reserve paper towels or TP, etc.). That said, everything was as it was supposed to be, the front balcony does face out to the beach, which is just steps away. The location on the south side of town puts it very convenient to most tourist attractions as well as the grocery store and a CVS that's a short walk away. We'd definitely consider returning next time we visit the island.
