The property and 4 plex were beautiful. The furniture was charming and the tile floor was perfect for sandy feet (when coming from the beach). The two small discrepancies I had, were that the pool wasn't cleaned out every day, and it was a short walk to the beach (I would have preferred to wake up to waves). Other than that, I would definitely recommend this property to my associates.
I enjoyed my stay at South Padre Island and would definitiely recommend this property to my friends and family. Making reservations and checking in/out were extremely convenient. Furthermore,I was very pleased to find that this property was conveniently located and safe for young children. There was a magnetic safety latch on the gate leading to the pool, as well as a safety chain on the front door.The property was clean and the kitchen was complete with all of the dishes/utensils/appliances necessary to prepare meals. Additionally, I was pleased to find that this condo had a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen...All of the conveniences of home while on vacation.
Mike (the owner of this unit) is really great to deal with. This unit is very nice, affordable, and in a great location. It comes stocked with everything you need, including full kitchen. Mike checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going smoothly -- most other renters just want your money -- Mike wants to make sure you enjoy your stay as well. I can't recommend this enough and it was a GREAT DEAL! Thanks!
"Property manager": the man who checked us in was less than helpful. The young women we dealt with later were wonderful, bent over backwards. We reported a plugged bathtub drain when we first checked in. It was never fixed. There were three burned out lightbulbs when we arrived, which we replaced. Neighbours were wonderful. Had an awesome time. Thank you.

The property was very nice. Layout, convenience, check in and out. The one complaint that I have is that the mattress in the master bedroom was awful!! It was so hard and uncomfortable both my fiance and I woke up with our back extremely sore. That is the one and only complaint that I had. Replace the mattress and you have a great vacation destination.
So much marks on the wall... I spent 10 dollars worth of magic eraser to removed the markings. The lizard crawl thru the front door because there is a space under and it was not sealled. The part of door frame is rotten. There is no bench at the front as per advertised on the internet. The place needs painting and need new bed accessories... they are old and falling aopart. I bought my own bed cover because it was not acceptable.
We found the condo to be satisfactory but the bed was very HARD, and uncomfortable.Also, a lot of mildew in the tub.
